During my expat stay in China, I supported and trained the young product development team in Tianjin.

I lead the design team of 12 to develop fluid systems products according to the demanding automobile requirements in Asia Pacific.

My greatest success was to enable the know-how transfer from Europe Engineering towards Asia Pacific.

I learned from the rapidly changing environment of digital technologies in Asia and decided to shift my career towards Digitalization.
