I drove a radical increase in efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, replacing obsolete hardware, and upgrading or developing software applications.

As the sole person responsible for strategy, resources, and success of the initiatives, I created a 5-year plan to raise the digitalization level of the engineering departments.

Throughout this process, I involved all relevant stakeholders and inspired my team to outperform themselves.
