In my role as Digitalization lead, I developed Innovation projects from Idea to Delivery in the Collections Business Unit of a a dynamic Fin-tech. Some of my responsibilities and achievements:

Created, managed and successfully delivered the Roadmap for Digital Innovation. This strategic initiative was designed to achieve the Company's KPIs without the need for additional resources, showcasing efficient resource management and innovative thinking.

Prepared thorough financial and technical assessments for various business cases. These assessments were crucial in ensuring a data-driven decision-making process, allowing for informed choices and optimal resource allocation. The most important of which led to the decision to migrate all communication systems to an in-house Salesforce solution.

Utilized Agile Management methodologies to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously. This included successfully managing six system migrations, four new product launches, as well as ongoing stabilization efforts. This multifaceted approach demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to handle diverse challenges concurrently as well as my strong problem-solution orientation.

Implemented cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive performance improvements. This involved the strategic application of Behavioural Science principles, advanced Risk Scoring techniques, and AI-powered Chatbots. These innovations resulted in a significant 5% improvement in PBR (Pay-Back Rate) while maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). This achievement underscored the ability to balance technological advancement with customer-centric approaches.
