As Head of IT Department for Collections at Multitude Bank, I oversaw a diverse team of 20 professionals across various roles.

My responsibilities included strategically managing and prioritizing our development backlog, encompassing back-end and front-end projects, database migrations, and our innovation roadmap.

One of my key achievements was ideating, developing and implementing a Salesforce solution that streamlined customer communication, resulting in a significant IT cost reduction of €125,000 in 2024.

Additionally, I spearheaded the conceptualization and implementation of generative AI within our Collections processes, which led to substantial direct cost savings for the company.

During this time I also led multiple portfolio migrations from the legacy systems to DebtManager system [C&R] and directed the refactoring of the internal systems.

My role combined technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring that our IT initiatives aligned with the bank's goals while fostering innovation and efficiency within the Collections department.
